1. Who we are

This website is operated by Anshul Labs, an independent software business based in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India. In this policy, “Anshul Labs”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that business.

This policy applies to this website only. Any future apps published by Anshul Labs will have their own privacy policy, linked from the app and its store listing, describing the data that app handles.

2. Information we collect

This is a static website. It has no user accounts, no contact forms, no newsletter sign-up and no comments. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and the site does not load third-party fonts or scripts.

We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us — for example by email or through LinkedIn. In that case we receive whatever you decide to send, typically your name, email address and the contents of your message.

3. Website hosting

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. When you visit, GitHub may process technical information such as your IP address in server logs for security and operational purposes. Anshul Labs does not have access to those logs. See the GitHub Privacy Statement for details.

4. How we use your information

If you contact us, we use the information you provide only to:

• read and respond to your message;
• discuss a potential project or enquiry you raised; and
• keep a record of our correspondence where that is reasonably needed.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing without your permission.

5. Sharing

We do not share your information with third parties, except where required by law, or where it is necessary to provide a service you have asked for and you have agreed to it. Email is delivered through our email provider, which processes messages under its own privacy terms.

6. Retention

We keep correspondence only as long as it is useful for the purpose it was sent for, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

7. Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you from your correspondence, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing anshulisokay@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

8. External links

This website links to external sites such as GitHub and LinkedIn. Those sites are operated by their own owners and have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
